Power BI Enhanced Report Format (PBIR) Update (Preview)

Positive/Negative Difference: Distinguish differences with colors and symbols so users can easily identify them.
Series Labels – Uses changing labels for the X-Axis, for example when you use calendar months for column names.
Series Format: Format data and total labels by category (legend).
And other formats: thousands and decimal separator, interaction with other visual elements, empty data screen.


Developers
The new Power BI Enhanced Report (PBIR) format, along with Power BI Project (PBIP) files, offers a superior experience in version control and collaborative development. This is achieved by representing the report definition in a folder structure using a publicly accessible JSON format.





When we launched PBIR a few months ago, we belgium telegram data identified some important limitations of the service and we committed to addressing them in the coming months.

The following features are now available for reports using the PBIR format:

Publishing a PBIR report from Power BI Desktop.
Download a PBIX file using the PBIR format from a workspace.
Upload a PBIX file using the PBIR format to a workspace.
