Towards further improving customer satisfaction
I tried out mobile ordering.
1. McDonald's Mobile Order
Mobile ordering, which was previously only available in certain regions, was introduced at McDonald's restaurants nationwide in January 2020.
You can also order before going to the store, and then when you arrive you can choose whether to take it home or eat it in.
This time, the store offered table delivery, which means items are delivered right to your seat, so I used the service inside the store and had the items delivered.
After selecting your menu, tap "Pick up at your seat" and enter the table number of the table you're sitting at, and a staff member will bring your prepared food to you.
Not only does it eliminate the frustration of having to wait in line at the ordering register, but it also means you don't have to walk through a crowded store yourself to your seat after picking up your items
