In fact, as we have already said, our currency will be virtual and based on this structure. But this technology must also be regulated in some way.
For example, we do not have a law providing for the issuance and regulation of CBDCs. Although it is made by the central bank, our new Central Bank Digital Currency – our DREX – is being made through private and russian whatsapp number administrative agreements between banking institutions and BACEN (if you know of a law that regulates CBDCs in Brazil, please let me know), where we expect the goodwill of these institutions and the Government regarding the limits of their power.
Tokenization Contracts, NFT Contracts, Contracts on Marketplace Platforms, Infoproduct Contracts, etc., are many other examples.
Other issues (and we won't even dwell on them) to be regulated are Virtual Goods (digital assets, such as social media accounts, email accounts, digital files such as photos, videos and documents, digital music, e-books, online games, cryptocurrencies), access and passwords, Platform Policies on these assets, Intellectual Property rights in the case of unregistered digital content creators (author, musician, artist or game developer).
Another related thing is the Digital Will. Since we will have a new Code, it is time to regulate it.
I don't even need to talk about personality and privacy rights (image, biological data, biometrics, facial recognition, geopositioning, in my opinion the most important of all and which will probably be left out).
And why not set limits on the fundamental human right of the personality to biological and physical integrity?
Since we will have a new Code (certainly full of new progressive rights), it doesn't hurt to have a little concrete guarantee for the human being who doesn't want to have his DNA violated or be a guinea pig in some Global medical experiment.
Many may not agree, but as our lives are increasingly pushed into the digital world, the importance of urgently considering these issues becomes increasingly critical.
It seems to me that we would still have some freedom left for this
