Another reason why we give in to helplessness and unpleasant emotions in isolation is that all our days are often the same. We can influence this by finding some purpose in each subsequent day that lies ahead of us. What is the purpose of today? And what is the purpose of tomorrow? Honestly, have you ever honestly asked yourself that? Come on, do it now, and think about the answer for a moment.

In addition to purpose, setting daily goals also helps a lot. There doesn't need to be many of them, it's important to set one every day - it will be enough. These goals don't need to be spectacular and big. On the contrary, let them be something small and simple, which you will be able to achieve very quickly. Cooking lunch, meeting with colleagues online , dusting, or helping your child with school. Now we need these very small and easily achievable goals, which quickly give a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. And in the feeling of satisfaction there is no room for boredom and madness.

Allow yourself a period to study and research things that interest you, but you never had time for them - now is the right time for it. However, keep it slow! Don't set yourself the goal of learning a new foreign language or becoming a top chef in quarantine. These are too ambitious goals. And you will only screw yourself up because you will set too high expectations - and there are unpleasant emotions.

Help others. We could write a blog series about the iceland whatsapp data importance of helping and volunteering. Millions of people in the world have it worse than us. Some in our environment have it worse than us. Contribute to the community you live in – help a colleague, a friend, your elderly parents, your children, your neighbor. That feeling of inner peace knowing that you have helped someone truly cannot be compared to anything.

I already mentioned this in one of our previous posts, but it's so important that I'll say it again: limit your news consumption to once a day. Portals are full of false and sensationalist news, and even the true ones should be carefully dosed. If necessary, unfollow all the portals you follow on social networks. Ask people not to share links with you anymore. And especially, don't comment and enter into discussions on those posts, for your own health. Come on, please do it.
