Google Author Rank: What it is and how to improve it

As William Penguin, I'm already making a name for myself in the world of SEO and online marketing, but I'm convinced that this blog would get a lot more visitors if Matt Cutts himself or a guy like Seth Godin wrote on it. Why? Not only because they're much more famous than me, but also because their Google Author Rank is higher. And what the hell is that, you ask? Well, I'll tell you now , I'll answer.
What is Google Author Rank?
When it comes to ranking a page, one of the factors that Google takes into account is who wrote the content. For example, if the page is about health, it is not the same if it was written by Pepito Perez, a first-year malaysia phone number list student, or by Don Jose Maria Perez, a professor of Medicine at Harvard University. It is clear that any content written by the latter will be more valued in principle than that written by the former (better valued by Internet users and therefore by search engines, which are interested in offering quality content).
The Google Author Rank is therefore a Google index to measure the reputation of an author when speaking on a particular topic. The aim is to give authors who were better informed about their topic greater importance in search engines.
How does Google detect Author Rank? (And how to improve it)
If you have a blog on Blogger (Google's blogging platform), you'll see that it's already associated with your author profile. Of course, Google has its own methods for detecting who the author of an article is. One way to make the authorship of a piece of content clear is by linking the website to the author. For example, by linking your website to your Google Plus profile.
To improve your Author Rank you can follow these tips:
Getting followers on social media. It is assumed that when someone has a lot of followers on Facebook or Twitter, it is because they say interesting things (except in the case of Justin Bieber).
Posting on websites other than your own, collaborating as a guest author on other blogs. If you do this, your name will start appearing everywhere and your reputation will skyrocket.
