Google Penalties and What Causes Them

Post by bitheerani319 »

Google foresees a series of penalties for SEO carried out using techniques that it considers unclean. The American search engine makes a list of parameters that it periodically updates, in this way we know which practices are allowed and which are considered black hat. If you have been punished by the search engine, these are the Google SEO penalties and their most common possible causes.

Google Penalties
In general, there are two types of penalties: algorithmic and manual.

Algorithmic: Google has robots that evaluate millions of pages. These japan phone number list systems automatically detect a series of illegal practices for the search engine, and therefore penalize automatically. If the page does not meet the search engine's criteria, it will lose positions at the same time it is detected. Don't count on a warning from the search engine, the Google algorithm does not warn, it simply punishes.
Manuals: Anyone can report a suspected black hat SEO page to Google. If a report is made, a Google reviewer carries out an examination of the page in question and decides whether it is violating the conditions proposed by the search engine. Spam Reports are reports about possible irregularities. Once verified, the reviewer decides whether or not to punish the page and the type of punishment to apply in the event of any violation.
Most common spam
Hidden text: Many pages create spaces that are visible to users but not to robots and vice versa. If these hidden documents are detected, which is very common, the search engine penalizes the page with several positions in the search results.
Misleading redirects: Links and redirects can be deliberately faked. The proper use of links is a fundamental factor for Google, however, the opposite practice can have very negative consequences.
Duplicate content: Original content is highly valued by the American search engine. Duplications or outright plagiarism often bring heavy penalties for a page.
Spam: Any type of spam is punished. Sending messages automatically or excessively invasive advertising are sufficient reasons for a page to drop in the search results.
False keywords: Keywords help to identify a text. It is true that their use has lost importance due to the misuse that has been made of them, but they are still considered bad practice if they are not used responsibly.
These are the most common penalties that Google foresees and the most common reasons why they are incurred. If you have any questions about this topic, leave us a comment and we will respond as soon as possible.
