Living in a digital world, our concept of community transcends geography to include the virtual spaces where we connect, share, learn, and grow. This same notion of community has been a part of Zendesk for many years, as partners in our ecosystem seek out mutual expertise across industries, technologies, and languages.

In previous years, the Partner team at Zendesk hosted in-person and online partner events to discuss product roadmaps and highlight features that help customers find solutions to common problems.

The Partner Technical Community is a private online forum designed exclusively for our Zendesk Partners . It's a space where partners have access to a wealth of collaborative resources and support. It's your one-stop platform for improving your Zendesk proficiency through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and supporting other users.

What you can expect from the community
The community is designed to facilitate collaboration between partners. You can start discussions, ask questions, share knowledge and experience with other partners, and provide complementary skills when needed. You can also browse existing discussions and participate in ongoing conversations.
