NewsMAN’s smart search feature comes with predefined and autocomplete filters. Just type a word and the results from the 3 resources mentioned above will be immediately returned to your screen. You will see all the relevant results from everywhere in your NewsMAN account, from the online help base (knowledge base with email marketing educational resources ) and from the NewsMAN blog.
CTRL+K and filter suggestions appear: e.g. email, domain, subscribers, lists, templates, newsletter, automations, sms, smtp etc.

How does the NewsMAN account for agencies work?
You can activate NewsMAN email marketing and sms account feature for agencies in 3 simple steps:
a) if you are an agency:
create an account on newsman.fr
request agency ID assignment by email
send the ID to your client and he will add you as a subuser to his account.
b) if you are a client of an agency, ask the agency to create a NewsMAN account and request the allocation of an agency ID, which they will send to you later.
The NewsMAN Agency Account ID can be provided to your clients and they will give you access to the subscriber lists they want you to manage. These will appear in your NewsMAN account.

Newsletter creation editor with fixed lines, allowing mass updates
We like to save time when it comes tocreate a newsletter , and for this we need various features of the email marketing platform. For example, any option that means reusing content, e.g. reuse of: sent templates, automation, registration form, template lines etc.

Newsletter fixed lines complement the already existing feature of saving reusable lines in the email template. However, the new option allows you to edit a line and mark it as a fixed line, with updates being made in any content in which this fixed line exists.
