Using a browser instead of the app may seem complicated, but it's the only way to search by date on mobile devices.
Twitter App Limitations
The Twitter app, or "X app" as it's now taiyuan number screening called, doesn't let you search for tweets by date. This is a bit of a pain, especially if you're used to doing everything through the app. But don't worry, using a browser is a solid workaround. Just remember that the app still lets you sort your search results, which can be helpful.
Using search operators on mobile devices
If you want to be more elaborate, you can use search operators directly in the search bar. They're like shortcuts that help you refine your search. Use "since:" followed by a date to find tweets from that day onward, or "until:" to find tweets up to a certain date. Try combining them for more precise results:
from: 2023-01-01 – Find tweets from January 1, 2023 onwards.
until: 2023-12-31 – Find tweets until December 31, 2023.
from:username – Include this option to filter tweets from a specific user.
These operators are useful when you know exactly what you are looking for and want to skip the advanced search page. Just type them into the search bar and see what you find.
Open your mobile browser and go to the Twitter website
