The 5 keys for this 2010

A year that promises to be very busy is beginning. There is no company or sector that can say that it will get through this year without any problems. A priori , it promises to be a year with many threats and some opportunities. It will therefore be a question of taking advantage of these opportunities and minimising the possible threats. How? Well, with work, work and more work.

We are also certain that a job well done has no borders overseas chinese uk data (nor rivals), so with our hands in the dough, we can identify the 5 keys or axes for this year 2010:
1- Companies : We will get closer to our customers, knowing their true reality in order to be able to offer them what they really need. It will be a difficult year for some, so we must promote win-win to the fullest, such as “true” customer orientation .
2- Social Networks : We will see how Facebook and Twitter will grow even more, we will use the hypersegmentation that social networks offer us, the “new order” in social media marketing , communication and marketing more closely linked than ever. In addition, in view of the upcoming elections, we will have to observe how politicians (or their parties) use these tools.
3- Technologies that will emerge (even more) : biotechnology, neuromarketing , mobile marketing , clean energy, “non-traditional” media, online multimedia content (free and freemium)…
4- New (or improved) trends : online reputation control will increase, the number of digital natives will increase (obviously), the “real time web” will become a reality in sectors traditionally far removed from the online world…
5- And of course, Optimism . This will undoubtedly be the “key of keys”…
