Yes. Otherwise, you could have yelled "  SOMEONE WANTS TO KILL THE CHANCELLOR!  " or used the fire alarm, or pushed the body of the guy you'd just incapacitated so he fell right onto the stage, or injured one of the Chancellor's guards, or... whatever. There were plenty of options for raising the alarm. But whatever, that works too.

The other two bad guys are therefore quite surprised! The fake police officer tries to shoot job function email database Ethan in retaliation, but Benji comes to his rescue and starts fighting with the vile terrorist. The Syndicate's wife shoots the two thieves in the middle of a fight, and kills the fake police officer before fleeing.
