Quattro idcp launches an original direct marketing campaign to inaugurate its new headquarters

The agency has designed a communication campaign to publicise the change of office, which includes a short film made by and starring the quattro idcp team, explaining the reasons for the move.

The campaign has been distributed through direct mailing to clients and suppliers, the website and the agency's corporate channels on Facebook and YouTube. A change of headquarters is a crucial event in the career of any company, and the way of communicating it to its clients is also crucial. For this reason, quattro idcp wanted to differentiate itself from traditional personalized invitations with a direct marketing action that presents the opening ceremony of the offices as if it were the premiere of a television series.

quattro 4th season: The time of the exodus has arrived is the title of this instalment and establishes a parallel with the change of headquarters, coinciding with the 4th location in the life of this advertising agency. The communication campaign is inspired by the graphics of such well-known series as CSI or Lost.

Following this creative line, a press kit was created designed as a all country mobile number list cinematic press book, which contains the following materials: invitation to the event, promotional folder of the series, individual profiles of the members of the agency (and at the same time characters of the series), and a DVD with a short film starring the entire team, in which the reasons for the move are explained. The marketing action closes on Thursday, April 16 with the inauguration of the new headquarters, which will have a red carpet and photocall like a film premiere. The making of

All members of quattro idcp have participated in the making of the short film , both in the technical and acting aspects. The 7-minute film, filmed with a Sony Handycam, tells in a humorous way how the headquarters of the quattro idcp agency has been taken over by an invisible entity, Noicaruguani (inauguration, backwards), which makes it impossible to carry out tasks normally. From resurrecting myths of Spanish singing that appear on computers, to moving walls and transforming ties into a string of chorizos, Noicaruguani takes over the office in order to force them to leave it and start somewhere new.


The press book fulfills a triple function: communication of the change of headquarters, invitation to the inauguration event and presentation of the entire quattro idcp team . The photographs in the press book, taken by Miguel Ares, follow the aesthetics of promotional images of fiction series.
