The criteria for choosing beneficiaries have not yet been announced, but the new text of the Emergency PEC changes three guidelines that have not yet been published. What we know is what was already presented last year. The main requirements were:

be a member of a family with a monthly income per person of up to R$522.50, so that the total is up to three minimum wages, that is, R$3,135.
What other benefits are available?

BPC/LOAS
Called Continuous Benefit Payment, it is a resource aimed at ensuring income for citizens who are unable to support their families. It is provided for in the Federal Constitution and is intended for people with disabilities and the elderly.
Family Allowance
Guaranteed by Law No. 10,836/04 , Bolsa Família is a benefit aimed at families living in poverty or extreme poverty. There are some criteria for people to be eligible to receive it:
the income of people in extreme poverty cannot exceed R$89 per month;
for families considered poor, the rent should be R$89.01 to R$178 per month (with children or adolescents between 0 and 17 years old).
Interested parties must be registered in CadÚnico (Single Registry for Social Programs).
Programmable benefit
It represents all INSS social security benefits and is paid to those who contribute to Social Security. The types of benefits are: assistance in cases of illness, maternity and retirement. In addition, dependents of insured persons can receive imprisonment assistance and survivor's pension.

It is important to note that, although the appeal has not been completely closed, including an Emergency PEC to make its continuation official, important changes have occurred. Now, the installments will be between R$175 and R$375, fewer people will be entitled to the benefit, in addition to having a shorter term, as there will be four installments.
