This request comes from our customers who already use several Serviceform conversion tools on their websites. They have been receiving a lot of leads from these tools and need a place to manage those leads.

We have suggested free CRMs like Hubspot to our clients, but to no avail. They kept asking us to make them a CRM tool. Then we realized: What our clients needed was not a CRM, but a centralized system where they could get leads and also manage them.

Sure, for example, Hubspot is an all-in-one tool for managing your sales, marketing, customer service, and all the data that comes with it. However, it's no secret that accessing Hubspot with all its features can be an extravagant cost for small businesses. Plus, there are many complex features that they don't even need!

In the past, many of our clients used Excel to manage their contacts because they couldn't find a CRM that suited their needs. And there's nothing wrong with that.
