Contact with the sender is suspicious

Post by seoarafatexpate »

In addition, shortened links with extensions with tiny.url, bit.ly are used, which Meta does not use.

These links should absolutely not be clicked because it is precisely thanks to these that the data leak occurs.

It is important to always keep in mind that contacts of this kind are to be considered suspicious:

Contact via tag or mention: Meta never contacts via tag russian number for whatsapp or mention, so if you receive such contact from an account with a name associated with meta, ignore it, it's a scam
Contact via private message: Unless you have written to Facebook support first, Meta will never write to you first. Often these messages contain attachments or links. If you receive a support message from Meta, ignore it, it is a scam
When you receive these contact notifications it is essential to report the action and block the contact.
