Internal Weaknesses

In other words, they are the weakest elements of your project and the possible areas to implement to achieve the objectives set. Usually, they are analyzed after the strengths so as to have already defined the points danish mobile number on which the company or reality is stronger.

To identify weaknesses, you can ask some questions like:

What can be done better?
What internal resources are missing?
In which areas do competitors surpass us?
Once you have analyzed the strengths and weaknesses, you should have a clearer picture of the internal situation. And this is the moment when you can strategically analyze the context or market in which you are located . At this point, to complete the SWOT analysis, we move on to the analysis of opportunities and threats.

External opportunities (Opportunities)
