Internal Weaknesses
Weaknesses are initiatives that are not performing as well as they should or that you know you need to improve. In other words, they are the weakest elements of your project and the possible areas to implement to achieve the objectives set. External opportunities (Opportunities)
Opportunities are external factors that, if analyzed, could lead to an advantage.
